Return & Refund Policy
At Bethany Wines we stand by our products and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your wine, we offer a 30 day refund policy for goods on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition. Once the returned goods are delivered to us, you will receive a full refund within approximately 14 days.
Please contact us immediately if there are any faults or breakages that occur during transit.
